I will tell you now…. She has offered Yoga for Cyclists workshops in the past, and has plans to do this again. Stay tuned to the news feed, the calendar, or just email her for more info.
In the mean time, if you do end up trying a regular class, be sure to mention you want to target your biking muscles and ligaments because she will be sure to accommodate you.
