Toronto Bench Minor Results

Congrats to Ottawa for taking the weekend, 9-4 in the finals over TOy, holding them scoreless in the second half.

Kdub has some more practicing to do before we can ever expect to win this one.  Here is a KW team shot (+ a few other from the polo family, Chris and Coach)

Bench Minor Cross-Sport Training

To get ready for the bench minor tournament we held a practice on Friday.  There happened to be some roller hockey players on the court so we went with it and challenged them to a game.

They were actually pretty skilled players and had more agility on foot and with the sticks.So we were not much of a challenge for them.  So we decided to mix up the teams which tuned out fairly well.

It was interesting to have opponents who were able to start and stop very fast on the court- it broke some of the habits that we were forming.  Good times.
